I’ve been coming to this dry cleaners for almost 8 years now, and they’ve never let me down. I had a fleece Ralph Lauren pullover that got completely wrecked during a move. Tons of debris and junk were embedded in the fleece, and honestly I thought it might be a lost cause. I brought it to Superior Dry Cleaners and explained the situation. At first, when I came back, it looked like it hadn’t been touched, and I was pretty disappointed. I told them plainly that I never would have left it if I thought it couldn’t be cleaned. To their credit, they listened. After a little back-and-forth, he asked for another chance to work on it. I came back the next day, and I was blown away. The pullover was absolutely perfect. It looked brand new. Every bit of debris was gone, and the fleece was restored completely. That level of accountability and follow-through matters. They stood by their word and made it right. I truly appreciate the care they took, and I’ll definitely be bringing my clothes back here. Amazing Customer Service! It’s hard to find good quality sincere customer service these days, so it was refreshing to see at this moment. I enjoyed the quality of my blouses being dry cleaned. This establishment has an automated system through text to keep track of your clothes and lets you know when it’s time for pick up. Prices are affordable after this inflation period.
